More and more, schools at all levels are offering supplementary instruction and support in computing and software applications, just to help faculty, staff and students keep pace with everyday technology. The cost to do so, however, can far exceed benefit when you need to address the needs of hundreds, thousands, or even tens of thousands of people. We can help.

Our Multi-User system allows Educational Institutions to purchase annual licenses on a concurrent user basis. For instance, if you have 5,000 students, staff and faculty to whom you would like to make online computer and software training available, you require a much smaller license. If, for instance, you estimate that at peak times, no more than 1% of the school population will require access simultaneously, then a 50 seat license is all that is required. The total annual cost per user, in this case, would be less than $2.

Your system administrators can manage each user individually with their own username and password, OR can include access to each training title within the school Intranet / Extranet to put extra controls on for access and availability if so desired.
