MULTI-USER LICENSING

To provide computer and software training to any group, as small as 10 people, or as large as 100,000,
Multi-User Licensing offers a cost effective option. Licenses are sold in bundles of 5 users, but that is 5 CONCURRENT users (5 users
accessing the training at any given time).
A Multi-User License can provide access for as many individuals as you like. If you have a group of 100 people who need access, but on average will
use the training and reference 6-8% of the time during business hours, then a 10 User License is sufficent. The cost
per person would work out to less than $2 per month per person.
Our Interface OR Intranet / LCMS Integration
Our standard interface provides your system administrators with tools to manage individual users, see usage, control accessible training, and more.
Users need only a standard Web browser with Quicktime installed. Beyond a possible firewall permissions update there are no other technical
requirements to grant access to whatever people you like from within your network, from home, or from other remote locations.
We provide an option to integrate links to all training from within a standard or proprietary LCMS, or from pages developed
for your own Intranet / Extranet. This option replaces our interface and access controls with your own. Your system
administrators can then control access to a higher degree while still with the minimal of technical requirements.
Multi-User Pricing
Multi-User Licensing is very simple at $200 per seat per year, in multiples of 5. Licenses in excess of 100 seats are subject
to discount. Keep in mind that the size of license typically required is a small fraction of the actual number of people to train,
determined largely by the estimated number of users on the system at peak. Your organization can also start with a smaller license
until actual usage is determined, then modify licensing capacity on a pro-rata business to properly fulfill your needs.
