What is the REAL monthly price?
The REAL price is $30/month ($USD) for access to our entire library. You can subscribe for a whole year and save huge! Annual subscription is just $250.
Are there any limits to the volume or types of lessons I can watch?
There are no limits. Membership gives you access to every course, lesson and work file on an unlimited basis.
How do I prove to an employer that I have taken a course?
When you complete a course, a certificate can be issued to verify your completion upon your request. That Certificate of Completion is verifiable by third parties online.
What kind of computer do I need?
Our training will work on any PC running Windows 98 or newer and any Mac running OS9.1, OS X 10.1 or later.
Is there any special software required to view lessons?
You need only a standard Web Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Safari, FireFox, Opera) and you require Quicktime to be installed on your computer. Quicktime is free to download, but is already installed by default on most recent computers.
How do I cancel or suspend my account?
One email to support, or an online request through our ticketing system will suspend your account at the end of the current billing cycle, no questions asked. If you want to use your membership for one month, then stop, no problem. And if you want to start up again without having to sign up all over, we will happily reactivate your account at anytime.

Are my lessons limited to one computer?
You can access your membership account, and thus all training, from ANY Internet connected computer anywhere in the world. Use your training at work, at school, at the library, at home, anytime you like.
Do I need high speed Internet to watch?
Our online training videos are optimized for use on lower bandwidth connections. This means that even those with dial up accounts can enjoy training anywhere. For those organizations that may have dozens or hundreds of users accessing lessons at the same time, our bandwidth optimizations ensure that learning does not clog networks.
How do I save my lessons on my own computer?
Our courses are streamed live to your computer. You cannot save lessons, but they remain available to watch over and over if need be with any Internet connection.
Are there work files with the courses?
Some of the courses do include work files. In such instances the work files are easily downloaded through the membership area online.

Do I need to upgrade to watch new releases?
We release new courses every single month. The moment they are released they become available to you as part of your membership, no upgrades, no extra fees.
